After cutting his teeth at the age of 15 as a Lloyds claims then placing broker Scott moved out of the city to concentrate on placing Commercial Property & Liability risks for local clients. After joining Wrightsure in 1994 Scott joined the board of Directors in 2001 becoming Managing Director in 2021 and is Cert CII qualified. Scott enjoys skiing, golf and football and is married with three children.
Having managed an Accidental Damage Department for a Lloyd’s Motor Syndicate, after a stay abroad, re-entered the insurance market, joining Wrightsure as their Claims Manager in 1986 and subsequently became a Director of the Company. Don has overall control of our in house Claims Department in West Thurrock and has used his knowledge as an Insurer to good use in maintaining Client / Insurer relationships, with the emphasis on Service. Don enjoys music and is a qualified cricket coach.
Kevin joined Wrightsure in 2005 on our Non-Motor Division. He has been in the insurance industry since 2002. In 2016 Kevin became an Associate Director. Kevin’s area of speciality is Non-Motor & Performing Arts, he enjoys the variety and never is the day dull. Highly experienced in technical insurance matters and dealing with unusual & complex risks. Kevin is Cert CII qualified and in 2015 completed a 12 month Chartered Insurance Institute accredited Management & Leadership programme. Outside of the office Kevin enjoys spending time with his young family.
Mark began his Insurance career working for a Lloyd’s Insurer for 6 years gaining valuable experience from an Underwriting background before moving to Wrightsure in July 2010. Since joining Wrightsure he has progressed from Account Handler to an Associate Director specialising in commercial motor fleets where his responsibilities include servicing his existing clients and prospecting new clients. Mark is Cert CII qualified and currently working towards his Diploma. When Mark is not spending time with his young family he is a keen golfer.
With 25 years’ experience working for the commercial divisions of local, national, independent and bank led brokers, Darren now specialises in the transport sector, focusing particularly in the last fifteen years, on passenger carrying and logistics. Darren joined Wrightsure in 2011, now an Associate Director and continues studying to complete the ACII qualification. Outside of work, Darren enjoys time with his family and a good sense of outdoors life.
After a number of years dealing with all classes of claims for an Insurer and managing a claims unit for an Insurance Broker, David joined Wrightsure in 2000 heading up the Company Risk Management function together with looking after the insurance portfolios for a select number of clients. David is a keen supporter of Watford FC and is involved in Motorsport.
Having worked in the London Market for 7 years, Danielle joined Wrightsure in 2001, initially in the Theatre/Commercial Department before moving into the Fleet Team in 2004 taking on the role of a Motor Account Executive. She pride’s herself on the great relationships she has with her Clients. Danielle is married with 3 children and enjoys socialising with Friends
Having worked for Wrightsure since 2003, Michelle has gained many years experience and knowledge working within the Motor Fleet Department and is Cert CII qualified. Michelle is married with two children and enjoys fitness and socialising with friends and family in her free time.
Lin has been a commercial insurance broker since 1993 and has specialised in the insurance of theatres, theatre producers and other cultural organisations since 2000. She enjoys travelling, theatre, film and sports.
Reece joined Wrightsure in November 2017, after beginning his journey within the insurance industry in early 2016. He is currently working towards gaining his Cert CII qualification. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time with friends and family and playing sports.
After leaving college, Nick started his career in Insurance claims at Travellers and then moved to Direct Line, Churchill and Oamps. Nick has dealt with all aspects of claims from the inception of claims to the setting up of captive insurance schemes. Nick joined Wrightsure in 2015 to help with the running of the claims team and service delivery. Nick is married with 2 children and lives in Kent where he enjoys carp fishing.
After starting her insurance career in 1980 Anette soon joined the Claims Department at Pearl Assurance in the City. After 19 years in the Company market Annette Joined the Wrightsure claims team September 1999. She handles claims from first intimation through to completion, making every effort to bring them to a fair and speedy settlement for her allocated clients. Annette loves to travel and also enjoys running and reading.
After leaving school Kevin joined a leading insurance company as an office junior but was soon promoted to deal with liability claims and large total loss cases. Kevin joined Wrightsure’s claims department in 2005 where he is a respected member of the team. Kevin enjoys socialising, Football, Boxing / gym training & spending time with his two young boys.
After a number of years working for Lloyds Brokers as a Claims Handler, Emma Joined Wrightsure in 2005, where she gained her Cert CII qualification and status as Claims Account Executive, mainly specialising in Coach/Bus and Haulage Claims. Emma enjoys horse riding in her spare time and takes part in Dressage, Cross Country and long distance rides.
After leaving school, Jo worked for a number of large Insurance companies and in the hospitality industry before joining the Wrightsure Team in 2003. The opportunity to move to France took her abroad for a period, finally returning back to us in 2013. She is now part of our very experienced claims team dealing with a variety of Commercial, Motor Trade and Goods in Transit claims. Jo is married, has 2 dogs and enjoys walking, cooking and socialising.
After leaving school at 15 Jane went to work for a Lloyds Broker and joined the claims team broking claims to Lloyds Underwriters dealing with various claims including the music industry. After returning to work from a career break to raise family she returned to work and then joined Wrightsure in 2008 to deal with all aspects of claims including Performing Arts. Jane enjoys walking and going to concerts.
